XFCE 4.16+ open save dialog revert buttons to bottom

Problem:
XFCE 4.16 and above moved the save/cancel and open/cancel buttons on the dialogs.

Solution:
CLI to revert to original position:
xfconf-query -c xsettings -p /Gtk/DialogsUseHeader -s false
